9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskAdventurer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App or contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms
